You may provide a name, phone number, email address, location, truck or trailer information, repair details, photos, and other information when you call or email. Provide only what is needed to evaluate or schedule service.
- Do not submit card or banking data through the website form.
- Do not submit government identifiers, medical information, passwords, or unrelated confidential cargo data.
- Tell us if repair details are subject to fleet or facility restrictions.
How the website form works
The repair-request form sends the information you enter to a protected Amazon API Gateway and Lambda endpoint. The function validates the request and uses Amazon Simple Email Service to deliver it to the configured I-5 Repairs notification mailbox. The website does not maintain a separate customer-submission database.
How communication information may be used
Information sent by phone or email may be used to respond, assess the request, arrange or perform service, communicate about authorization and payment, maintain service and business records, protect safety and legal rights, and improve operations.
Website logs and hosting
Amazon Web Services hosts the private website origin, content-delivery network, request API, serverless form function, email-delivery service, and operational logs. These services may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, origin, response status, and security events. Application logs are configured for limited retention and do not intentionally record submitted form contents.
Cookies and analytics
The website is delivered without non-essential analytics, advertising trackers, or form-storage cookies. See the cookie notice. If analytics or advertising technology is added later, this policy and the consent approach must be updated before use where required.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service personnel, vendors, or professionals only as reasonably needed for the request, business operations, safety, legal compliance, or rights protection. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable requirements.
